The Fort Hill section of Roxbury has been one of my favorite stomping grounds for a long time now. In elementary school, I carpooled with a family who lived in Fort Hill and spent many afternoons adventuring around the Fort. It looks like the next Fort Hill adventure may be this Sunday when Kendrick Oliver and the New Life Jazz Orchestra and opener Lawrence Fields and his quartet bring live jazz to the Fort:
