If you're a fan of good poetry, incredible live music and a positive vibe, the Lizard Lounge Sunday poetry jam is not to be missed. It's one of those places where if you go enough it's like Cheers, "where everybody knows your name, and they're always glad you came." Try it. Go a couple of Sundays in a row. I'll bet on the third or fourth Sunday you'll walk down the stairs to a group of people calling out your name in chorus, like "Norm!" If it doesn't work, you can always perform an angry poem about how nobody knows your name during the open mic.
