TODAY IN BLACK HISTORY - Feb. 13

Since we're watching the Grammy's tonight, I figured that I would mention some Black musicians who made history. The first African American performers to be featured at Carnegie Hall made their debut on February 13, 1892. The group was the World's Fair Colored Opera Company, and featured soprano Matilda Sissieretta Jones.
